Video! Worst Movie of 2010 (Trailer)

2010 is just an infant, but Big Money Rustlas starring the Insane Clown Posse is already looking like a very strong contender for worst movie of the year. There are movies that are bad and no fun to watch. Then there are movies that are so bad that they are actually entertaining (I’m a big fan of The Pacifier starring Vin Diesel). And then, sometimes only once or twice a decade, there are movies so bad that they can induce physical sickness and make you feel disgusting for wasting your time watching them. This trailer just did that to me, and it was under 3 minutes.

Video! Kid Cudi in HBO Show How To Make It In America (Trailer)

How to Make It in America: Teaser Trailer from DP on Vimeo.

I’ve been hearing about this show for so long now. Here’s a look at it’s trailer. It’s called How To Make It In America, and Scott Mescudi (Kid Cudi) has a major supporting role. The show follows a couple of young people trying to achieve the American dream in New York City. The show will premier February 14th. Thanks to DNC. I wonder if Cudi can act.

Video! Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland Trailer

Oh, you thought Alice in Wonderland couldn’t get any more trippy? Enter Tim Burton. Tim Burton’s dark, twisted imagination makes an acid trip at a circus seem like an Accounting 101 class. From what we’ve seen so far, it looks like he has given this story a wonderful makeover. I’m excited. Here’s a new trailer for the movie, which will be out on March 5, 2010.

Trailer: Rip! A Remix Manifesto

For the documentary we’ve been making for over 6 years on copyright and remix culture: with Lawrence Lessig, Girl Talk, Negativland, Cory Doctorow, Gilberto Gil, The Mouse Liberation Front….and you.

Let me know what you guys think of this, and if anyone is interested. I may be able to get my hands on a couple of free downloads for a few P&P readers.

UPDATE: Not really sure what the deal is, but when I was first contacted about this I was told that I could possibly have a few free downloads to give away. Today the director Twittered me and said that you can go to and download a copy for your price. So, a contest doesn’t really make sense when the prize is something you can get for yourself.

Where The Wild Things Are (Trailer ft. Arcade Fire)

Damn, adding Arcade Fire music to a trailer works so well. It actually was a big factor in me wanting to see Benjamin Button. That unofficial trailer featuring “My Body Is A Cage” was awesome. Then I saw the movie. Here’s a trailer for Where The Wild Things Are, the Spike Jonze directed movie based on the Maurice Sendek book, that features “Wake Up”. The movie will be out in October. Looks cool to me, what do you think?

Video! Mike Tyson Documentary Trailer

Via: A brutally frank, no-holds barred documentary about the life of former world heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson won standing ovations from critics and audiences at the Cannes film festival last night.

Made by director James Toback, Tyson tracks the boxer’s career from his days as a teenage thief and drug dealer in Brooklyn to undisputed champion, and his dramatic fall from grace to incarceration for rape.
