I'm not mad at him but he made it a bit harder to be a one of his fans. It's not like he said fuck you taylor swift. He just said Beyonce's (who actually deserved that award then video of the year) video was better. If it was the grammys and he did the same exact thing then I would hate kanye but the grammys voting process is wayyyy more honest and better than the way MTV does which is to let the people vote. When it comes to electing a black president ok the teen vote is a good thing but in this decade the MTV VMA's are more controversial because they let mediocre artists or stars who were once good and now suck win awards (britney spears). I just think people shouldn't take the MTV awards so seriously when it comes to the actual awards ceremony. I now see them like I see the teen choice awards. Just something to bring attention and show how stupid this generation is. Kanye should've known after all the drama him and mtv have gone through that MTV is just a wack ass channel that doesn't put it's main focus on music videos anymore. He probably just went EVEN IF HE WAS NOMINATED FOR FOUR AWARDS BECAUSE HE didn't give a fuck because he came with Amber who looked very provocative,a bottle of hennessey, and was being himself as in most of the time he doesn't give a fuck.Kanye said in VIBE magazine a few months ago that he rather have 20,000 true fans than a 100,000 fly by night fans that only like him because he has a hit record out. Surprisingly many people didn't put that in the news and were just mostly putting out really mean and negative shit that most of the time wasn't true. If it was the alcohol that provoked him to do what he did than yeah he might need some help but I support the dude for his music and dislike MTV for even letting him say what he said and just the MTV of this decade in general. IF THEY CAN LEAVE OUT CURSE WORDS FROM GAGA'S AWARD ACCEPTANCE SPEECH OR BAD SHIT PERIOD THEN WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST MUTE THE DAMN MICROPHONE? THEY JUST WANTED TO ATTRACT ATTENTION AND ONLY CARED ABOUT RATINGS.

Hell no. Single Ladies wasn't great but it was good enough that in pop culture it can be considered one of the best of the decade i guess.Lets just remember that mainstream music is mostly garbage nowadays and yeah the VMA's aint a big deal.
